Crosstown Auto Repair use only top quality parts that meet or exceed the vehicle manufacturer’s specifications. In many cases, the same company that provides the components for the manufacturer of your vehicle makes the parts we buy.

Our warranty on mechanical parts and labor is 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first. All warranty repairs only apply to you, the original purchaser, and the motor vehicle identified on the original repair order, and must be completed by Crosstown Auto Repair.

Tires are covered under the manufacturer’s workmanship and material defect warranty. Road hazard coverage is available at an extra charge.

Due to normal wear and road surface conditions, wheel alignments are warranted for 6 months. Due to the extreme temperature changes, air conditioning is warranted for 6 months. Oil changes are warranted for 90 days or 3000 miles, whichever comes first.

Damage due to misuse, vandalism or lack of lubrication is not covered under warranty.
